LAWFUL PURPOSE

You shall use the site for lawful purposes only. The site contains ProLife Support, (non-profit), trademarks and copyrights and third-party trademarks and service ProLife Support to Section 512 (c) and (d) safe harbor provisions for online service providers.  ALL MARKS are the property of their respective owners, either for profit or non-profit..  Except as explicitly provided herein, all rights in the intellectual property contained in the site including copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent rights are expressly reserved for the ownership and benefit of ProLife Support and its principles.  Except as specifically provided herein, access to the site does not constitute a right to copy or use any of the intellectual property included on the site. 

MISSION STATEMENT:  ProLifeSupport.Org. A nonprofit, health information and funding source saving the life of baby, mother, pre-born or born babies. 

Unless otherwise specified, this site and the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting ProLife Support, (non-profit) and associated groups, whether they may be for profit or non-profit, in agreement of said service groups. Each group is responsible for its own content and purpose to assist ProLife Support in its endeavor to save the life of a baby and/or mother of the baby. ProLife Support is 100% prolife. This site is controlled by ProLife Support and its offices in Milford, Michigan governed under the laws of the State of Michigan. 

This Agreement and any operation rules established by ProLife Support constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.  This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach of default. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.  Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Michigan and you hereby submit the jurisdiction of said courts.
